Jeff Lehman grew up in
Louisville, Kentucky, where he played guitar and sang in rock and roll
bands from the time he was a teenager. In the 1980s he joined Nervous
Melvin and the Mistakes,
voted the city’s favorite band five years in a row. When he moved to
California in 1989 to marry
his high school sweetheart, he hit the ground singing and has played in
bands in Los Angeles and
the Bay Area ever since. He is well-versed in many different styles of
music, including rock, blues,
jazz, and folk.
